About Us
Founded in 2020, AD_LIB began with ambitious idea: to create a multidimensional kinetic sculpture that also happens to be a light. A light that moves, flows, transforms — and turns any space into a living, breathing piece of art.
That idea became our first prototype.
And that prototype earned us a Red Dot Award 2021 in the In-house Design category — a moment that confirmed we were moving in the right direction.
Originally, our vision centered around wood. But as we kept pushing the boundaries of movement and precision, we realized something important: wood has soul, but aluminum has control.
So we shifted. We evolved. And in the summer of 2026, we introduce our first fully aluminum sculptural lamps — the compact L1 and the mid-sized L2.
Since then, the collection has grown:

• L3 — large floor sculpture
• Ceiling version
• Wall-mounted edition

Each piece is crafted to be more than just lighting — it’s movement, emotion, and modern aesthetics in one continuous, fluid gesture.
