2. Product Specifications
Our products are crafted with precision and are intended for indoor use only.
Please note:

• Products are not water-resistant — do not expose them to water or moisture.
• Do not disassemble the product or its battery components.
• Products contain Li-Ion batteries which must be handled responsibly.

Failure to follow these instructions may void the warranty.

• 3. Pricing, Payments, and Shipping All product prices are listed on the Website and include worldwide shipping.
• Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination country.

3.1 Customs Duties & Taxes Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or any additional border-processing fees are not included in the product price.
These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the recipient’s country and are the full responsibility of the customer.
4. Warranty
All products come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

• 4.1 What the warranty covers
• Manufacturing defects
• Component failures not caused by user misuse
• Battery performance issues unrelated to wear and tear
• 4.2 What the warranty does NOT cover
• Damage caused by exposure to water or moisture
• Damage from drops, impacts, or excessive physical force
• Damage resulting from disassembly or modification
• Normal battery aging
• Improper storage or handling
• Use not compliant with the provided instructions

5. Warranty Claims & Service Process
If you experience an issue within the warranty period, please contact us at sales@adlib-light.com with:

• Order number
• Description of the problem
• Photos or video, if applicable

We will assess the issue and, based on the situation, offer one of the following:

• Repair of the product
• Replacement with a new unit
• Full or partial refund

Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied and supported throughout the ownership of your AD_LIB product.
6. Returns, Dissatisfaction & Feedback
If something about your order or product does not meet your expectations, please write to us and share your thoughts or concerns.
We will contact you and do our best to resolve the issue promptly and professionally.
7. Limitation of Liability
ELECTROVEINS LIMITED is not responsible for:

• Damage caused by improper use
• Consequential or incidental damages
• Issues arising from non-compliance with instructions
• External factors such as power surges or improper charging devices

Our liability is limited strictly to the product value at the time of purchase.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Hong Kong unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
