Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing AD_LIB. We want you to love your product, and we are here to help if something is not right.
1. General Return Conditions
We accept returns and refund requests in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• The product is not functioning as intended
• You received the wrong item

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@adlib-light.com
within 14 days of receiving your order.
We may request photos or videos to assess the issue before arranging a return, replacement, or refund.
2. Condition of Returned Items
To ensure safe transportation and proper inspection, all returns must be sent back in full configuration, including:

• The product itself
• The original AD_LIB protective bag (required — it protects the lamp during transport)
• The original power adapter
• All included accessories and components

Returns that arrive incomplete, without the protective bag, or without the original charger may be rejected or subject to a partial refund only.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:

• Damage caused by water or moisture
• Damage caused by impacts, drops, bending, or other physical force
• Products that have been opened, disassembled, or modified
• Normal battery wear
• Items returned without prior approval
• Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging (use the ADLIB bag)

4. Refund Process
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will offer:

• A full refund
• Or a replacement
• Or store credit, depending on your preference

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
5. Return Shipping CostsIf the return is due to a defect or our error, we cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong address, package not claimed), the customer is responsible for:

• Return shipping cost
• Any customs duties or import fees associated with return
