Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Cost
Shipping is included in the product price.
There are no additional delivery fees charged by AD_LIB.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:

• Asia: 5–10 business days
• Europe: 7–14 business days
• USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
• Other regions: 10–20 business days

Delays may occur due to customs processing or high-volume seasons.
3. Customs Duties & Taxes
Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and regulatory fees are not included in the product price.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and must be paid by the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your product ships, you will receive:

• A tracking number
• A link to follow your shipment

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.
5. Delivery Issues
Please notify us immediately if:

• Your package is delayed
• Your tracking number is not updating
• The package is lost
• The package arrives damaged

We will investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue.
6. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
If the customer provides an incorrect address or fails to receive the package:

• The product may be returned to the sender
• Reshipping costs will be borne by the customer
• Customs fees on return or reshipment are the customer’s responsibility
