2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers product defects and ensures that your item meets the high-quality standards of AD_LIB.
- 1. What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects
- Electronic component failures
- Structural defects not caused by misuse
- Battery malfunctions unrelated to aging or improper charging
2. What the Warranty Does NOT CoverThe warranty does
not cover damage caused by:
- Exposure to water or moisture
- Dropping, impact, bending, or other physical damage
- Disassembly, opening, or modification of the product
- Improper charging or use of non-compliant chargers
- Normal battery degradation
- Misuse or failure to follow product instructions
3. Warranty Service ProcessIf your product experiences an issue:
- Contact sales@adlib-light.com
- Provide your:
- Order number
- Description of the problem
- Photos or video evidence
- We will diagnose the issue remotely
- Based on the assessment, we will offer:
- Repair, or
- Replacement, or
- Refund
We aim to respond within
2–3 business days.
- 4. Shipping Costs for Warranty Service
- If the issue is covered under warranty: we cover shipping.
- If the issue is not covered (misuse, water damage, accidental breakage):
- The customer is responsible for all shipping and inspection costs.
5. Safety & Battery DisclaimerOur products contain
Li-Ion batteries, which must be handled with care.
Do not open or modify the battery compartment.
Improper handling may lead to safety risks and void the warranty.
